➔ Arrival on domestic flights will have a 1 hour grace period from the airlines recorded arrival at the gate.
◆ After the grace period, the client will incur $1.00 for every minute extra on domestic arrival.
➔ Arrival on international flights will have a 1 hour and 30 minutes grace period from the airlines recorded arrival at the gate.
◆ After the grace period, the client will incur $1.00 for every minute extra on international arrival.
➔ Airport greeter is available prior to the client’s arrival at the airport 24-hours before.
➔ The chauffeur will be stationed awaiting for the client at the designated (LIMO AREA) in each terminal represented by a purple sign and with a company sign with your last name.
➔ Private airport the chauffeur will be able to drive up to the plane except for Signature Flights Support in Logan International Airport.
